Watching

The BuddhaDharma is rich in methods, but in essence it's really about watching our minds, however most of the time we seem more pre-occupied with watching the external world, in particular other people. We watch others intently enough to start judging them as good or bad, both of which are our own projections. If I put as much effort into watching my own mind as I do others, I would have some realisation by now.
